 I tested b10-loadzone on bind10-devel-20120119 with several variations of
 a small zone file. b10-loadzone always overcounts the number of RRs by 1.
 b10-loadzone indicates that 100.00% of the file has been loaded only if
 the file ends with a single newline character after the last RR. If there
 are additional whitespace characters after the single newline, then the
 percentage displayed is 100 times the file length up to and including the
 single newline character after the last RR divided by the total file
 length.
