 We produce a report to the steering committee every quarter. This needs to
 be completed within a month of the end of the quarter, so the Y3Q3 report
 is due by 2012-01-31.

 This work is broken down into a few sub-tasks. Among them are the
 engineering report and the PR/meeting report.
