 The trac1976-cont branch contains another part of the work.

 That one merges #2044 and #2046 into the original branch and makes them
 work. It also fixes some bugs. A lot of tests were enabled.

 What is still left is the command of auth to reload a zone and the system
 tests. That'll go into yet another branch, to split the reviewing into
 somehow more reasonable chunks.
