Comment:

 Stephen's comments were made before our team meeting. We had a very useful
 meeting on 25 June 2012. See minutes ("Kea Prograa Meeting, 25 June 2012")
 sent on 26 June.

 I believe I have addressed all comments, suggestions and fixes except
 DDNS. I would like to ask Stephen to deal with them as he sees
 appropriate.
