 This is a regression from #1976 (Provide default configuration for static
 data source).

 Commit eabb375e caused that full path to static.zone to be configured in
 the spec file and used automatically.  But the two automated lettuce runs
 use the ". setup_intree_bind10.sh" and so lettuce fails if the bind10 is
 not installed yet, for example:

 Notice above is in the .../install/... directory. It should be getting it
 from the checked out src directory.
