as explained by Jelte it started as a private ticket to build a branch for
another DLL experiment (the first try failed because DLLs and C++ classes
are very orthogonal). But this time the experiment succeeded so the
question is valid, i.e., we have to organize how to diffs for the WIN32
port are split into different tickets. Typically we have:
- bugs revealed by MSVC (-> individual tickets)
- WIN32 vs Unix includes (-> should get its own ticket)
- WIN32 specific code (-> one ticket or a ticket per impacted file?)
- import/export decoration (-> reuse this ticket or open a fresh one?)
