Comment (by jinmei):
trac2020 is ready for review.
As we discussed on jabber, there's a potential risk that b10-ddns
fails to get zonemgr's config due to start up timing issues and dies
(this problem already existed with auth's config, btw). after
considering how to deal with it in the scope of this ticket, I decided
to just log it and let b10-ddns die; the bind10 process will restart
it and it should be a sufficient workaround in practice (besides, I've
not actually seen this error mode in my own experiments, as long as
auth and zonemgr are invoked before ddns). Due to the explicit log
message, we (and admins) can at least know what's happening, and if it
become quite common and restarting is known to be not sufficient, we
can then consider a nicer solution.
Other than this, I believe the implementation is pretty
straightforward.
