 For this, the following commit was pushed:

 It was not reviewed. Jelte is on holiday, and the rest of the work is in
 master. The Valgrind commands are the same -- they have just been moved
 into Makefile.am from configure.ac. I have `make check`'ed both with and
 without suppressions to test that it works.
