 => unfortunately this is not true for WIN32: I've just updated the libcc
 test port to WIN32
 and when I compile with (new so binary dependencies don't resolve) VS 2008
 C++ Express I get an error on libboost_date_time-vc90-mt-1_44.lib
 BTW this comes from
 #include <boost/date_time/posix_time/posix_time_types.hpp>
 in src/lib/cc/session.h
 there are references to boost/date_time in asio too, so IMHO it is dead,
 i.e., the library is required on WIN32...
