New description:

 So it will use the new version of RBTree.

 - It needs to pass a `MemorySegment`
 - The tree node should now be `ZoneData` (#2107), instead of zone finder.
 - `FineZone()` will dynamically create the finder from the `ZoneData`.
   Maybe it should be allocated from an object pool.

 Depend on #2090, #2107, #2109.
