Ok, ready for review.
I added two new 'Fake' classes to authsrvunittests; these are proxies for
the inmemory client, we may want to put this in a more general place, but
keeping it local (or at the very least, keeping its functionality to just
the exceptions), does allow us to keep it much more simple.
