Comment:

 Vorner in trac1599 says that "I think the best way to move on with #1600
 is to add a boolean variable to the DNSService class and create either
 UDPServer or SyncUDPServer, depending on the variable."

 I add a enum object. I just alter the interface let it chooses to add
 UDPServer or SyncUDPServer.

 Changed should be covered dns_service and portconfig,but finally it all
 focus on dns_service.


 This ticket should be reviewed.
