 To support NSEC3 in the new database-based data source implementation,
 we need this interface.  Since it's in a different table (in case of
 sqlite3, probably also others when they are supported), it's not so
 easy to reuse the current getRecords() interface.  We need to either
 extend it or define a new one.

 In this task I propose limiting the scope the interface definition and
 tests only.
