Comment:

 Ready for review, I think showing ongoing transfers is out of scope for
 this ticket (though perhaps it could make nice use of the added
 transferstats objects to show even more info about their progress)

 It now has two success log messages; one for IXFR and one for AXFR, as the
 information that is printed is slightly different (IMO the number of RRs
 is not useful for IXFR).
