 Unless we want to optimize the behavior specifically for in-memory,
 we do not necessarily need an additional interface.  NSEC-related
 processing in auth::Query is generic and only uses the existing
 find() interface (unlike the NSEC3 case, for which we introduced a
 separate interface).
