 To be clear, when I say "perhaps something else to discuss on-list?" it
 means that we should be discussing behavior of the system on the
 bind10-dev list, not in ticket comments. I expect people interested in
 BIND 10 to be able to follow the bind10-dev list, but not to look at every
 ticket change.
