Comment:
Ready for review, first commit is a bit of functional helper; a method to
back up the current file (if it exists) and the logging of said action.
Second commit is the bind10 command-line argument (which passes it on to
b10-cfgmgr)
btw, given the functionality, IMO --recover wasn't really correct, so I
called it --clear-config
