 xfrout and zonemgr?
 jelte: i would say yes, but i've been thinking that we really do need an
 easier way to enable them
 jelte: but it doesn't make much sense to run xfrin and xfrout without auth
 atm, and it really doesn't make sense to run zonemgr without xfrin or
 xfrout, so yeah
