As we have changed the default not to run anything and enabling the whole
authoritative machinery is quite some typing, we need some way to do it
more user friendly.
What comes in my mind is a support in the bindctl to execute a command
sequence preset (possibly from some file) and providing a preset to create
all the components the authoritative server needs (without commiting, to
give the user a chance to review it before, and possibly disable some
parts which are not needed, add multiple authoritative servers, etc). It
would be nice if the preset had a way to give hints to the user, like
print a message at the end „Check the config diff it you think it is OK.
Optionally, remove some of the components. If you need multi-core, look
into the guide into chapter a.b.c“.
