 I should have waited with the merge of #963 until #324 was done, but
 rather than revert the merge, I propose we leave b10-dbutil in, but
 temporarily change it to consider the schema version 1 as the 'current'
 (instead of the version 2 that will be introduced by #324).

 This would mean hardcoding v1.0 for now, and disabling the tests that are
 relevant to v2.0
