 Oh btw, this will of course require a changelog entry; my proposal:

 [func]
 Added an 'execute' component to bindctl, which executes either a set of
 commands from a file or a built-in set of commands. Currently, only
 'init_authoritative_server' is provided as a built-in set, but it is
 expected that more will be added later.
