 This is a feature request. Add a way for bindctl to test logging.

 Maybe:

 > Logging log _string_ _name_ _severity_ _debuglevel_

 Logging log "this is a test" "foo.bar" INFO 0

 Or use string="" name="" severity="" and debuglevel="" and some can be
 optional.

 It is not friendly or reliable to temporarily configure some high
 debugging just to verify it works.

 This would be useful to troubleshoot logging configurations.
