 Now that #1892 is in master, configure with `--enable-logger-checks` and
 fix all logger format strings that you can find, including those reported
 by `make check`.

 A bug is where the number of placeholders in the logger format string
 doesn't match the number of arguments passed to it with `.arg()` calls.
