 As agreed at the daily call, I've addressed the remaining issues
 myself.  I've created a new branch trac1808-2.  It's based on the
 latest snapshot of trac1808, with merging trac1805 and trac1810.
 I've merged these because these tickets touch the same areas of the
 code and it will quite likely to cause conflicts.

 The main updates are:
 - fix the tests so existing test cases can be used for normal NXRRSET
 - cleanup the main code with fixing some small issues (handle
   FIND_DNSSEC option correctly, and don't do wildcard substitution for
   the NXRRSET NSEC)

 Please review these updates.  With these I believe this branch is
 ready for merge (with others).  The diffs to be reviewed are commit
 ff68e9e and above.
