 my review is done, the codes which changed by Jinmei are okay, but there
 may a trivial problem for this ticket.
 I don't know why "findNSEC3Signed" is changed to "findNSEC3Signe" in the
 unit test, maybe Jinmei deleted it uncareful, so this should make sure
 with Jinmei.
