Comment:

 I downloaded DHCP 4.2.3-P2 from isc.org and installed that on virtual
 machine. On the other virtual machine I run perfdhcp with simple command
 line. These steps have been described with some more details here:
 http://bind10.isc.org/wiki/DhcpBenchmarking (section Testing DHCPv4 with
 perfdhcp).
