Comment:

 Thanks to Jelte adding me to some group of users allowed to SSH to OS X I
 was finally able to log in and compile Bind10 on MacOS. Now I can test my
 future changes on either Linux systems (locally on virtual machine),
 MacOS, FreeBSD and Solaris so I am covering all major OSes. I think we can
 now close this ticket.
