 Like #1513, b10-ddns needs to tell b10-auth when auth serves the zone
 from an in-memory-over-sqlite3 data source.  Specifically, ddns should
 send "loadzone" command to auth as b10-xfrin does.  b10-auth shouldn't
 have to be modified.
