 Hi jinmei

 I've rewritten the code to use this new design. It's in the trac1704_2
 branch. While there are unit tests for the InterprocessSync class, maybe
 it's no longer necessary for the logger to be tested with it. Can you
 check and tell me if you're happy with this new branch?
