Comment:

 Ticket is ready for review. This ticket lacks update of Developer's Guide
 description, but that will be handled in a separate ticket.

 I hope to have this ticket merged by Friday. Note that tests has been
 scheduled on trac2414 (scheduled it twice, the second run includes fix for
 bus error/segfault in RequestBasic test).
