 Subtask of #2368, and part of post-load checker. Depend on #2432,
 and would be better to do it after #2433.

 Regarding the checks, see BIND 9's lib/dns/zone.c:integrity_checks().

 The checks include:
   - out of zone owner-name
   - existence of glue for each delegation NS
   - same for MX, SRV

 Note that this task requires `RRsetCollection`s foreach interface.
