 I don't know if we want to hardcode this into boss. The boss should be
 independent of what is being run under it. If I create some other server,
 that
 doesn't need privileged ports, it makes no sense to have to pass that
 parameter. Also, we might want to have the setuid bit on sockcreator, in
 which
 case we want to run as non-root as well.
