Comment:

 I just checked, and the only difference appears to be that on Linux the
 root user can get the name and pid of every process using a specific
 socket, whereas non-root users can only see the name and pid of the
 processes using a specific socket owned by that user.

 Since BSD doesn't seem to have this option to netstat, I agree we should
 remove the warning.
