Comment:

 The Dhcp6Srv ctor is taking '''dbconfig''' value which defaults to
 ''type=memfile'' and this is ok for tests. The actual config is not
 initialized for the server to startup right now and I understand that this
 is because it will be resolved with other ticket. It would be useful to
 have the reference to this ticket here or in the code.

 Otherwise, changes are ok and can be merged.
