Comment:

 I made some very minor changes. See commit
 8ecc1a5e16969fc876c242d552423bd29205bdcc

 I did test the mysql setup steps (for mysql itself). Note that I didn't
 provide any other technical review and I didn't test any of the bindctl
 configurations.

 I think this is ready to merge. Thanks.
