 => yes, in place of merging individual WIN32 port items, I propose(d) to
 merge per directory items. The first is #2351 for src/lib/exceptions (and
 mainly the WIN32 build setup), the next branches (to be created) should be
 about src/lib/util (in more than one branches because some changes have a
 bug impact on libutil users).
 So please push #2351 ASAP!!!
