 Ah, sorry for not being specific.  We don't need it, at least not at
 the moment.  The only usage of octal numbers in the BIND 9 version is
 to parse A/CH RDATA, which we don't support yet (and, even if and when
 we fully support it, I'm not sure if it makes sense to handle it
 within the generic lexer if that's the only use case).
