 I've made a couple of editorial fixes and pushed them.  Without them
 please merge.

 I have some followup (but non blocking) comments on the discussion
 part, but I'll be offline for a while so I'd let it be merged first.
 I'll make the comments later for the record.

 Please also create the followup ticket for the other version of
 getNextToken().
