 This is dependent on more than it looks apart from #2376, it also needs
 #2497, getNextToken() (#2375) and the token classes.

 As told in jabber, I did write the main class, and a test class, based on
 the current state of #2376 (from the branch trac2376-callbacks), but then
 got a bit stuck and did not want to merge in two or three unfinished
 branches. Also I now need to do the support engineer stuff :)

 Anyway, once we are ready to work on this, and you want to save yourself
 an hour of work (and, perhaps more importantly, the boring define-class-
 part), you can cherry-pick f6f141e854a5956f97c8dbd2aca9771d36280709 or, if
 2376-callbacks has been merged, merge branch experiments/jelte-
 trac2377-initial into your dev branch for this ticket.
