 The Python SSL library should let us check the valid times for a
 certificate:

 http://docs.python.org/3/library/ssl.html#ssl.cert_time_to_seconds

 It is possibly out of scope for this ticket, but possibly not. If we want
 to do this on a separate ticket I'll create that!
