 2. Support other DUID types
 3. Improve src/lib/dhcp/tests/duid_unittest.cc to cover data in LLT and LL
 formats.

 The code from Dhcpv6Srv::setServerID() in src/bin/dhcp6/dhcp6_srv.cc can
 be refactored/reused.
