 Once we finish the background loading, the auth server will use the
 getCachedZoneWriter to reload the cache content. The mentioned method
 won't be
 needed, so it should be removed.

 When removing, the corresponding tests should be changed to non-templated
 again, as there'll be only one case they'll be testing.
