Comment:

 The option data parser has been implemented for DHCPv6. The DHCPv4 option
 data parser will be implemented later.

 Currently, if one wants to set the data for the particular option it has
 to be specified as a hex string. In the future this will be extended to
 support comma-separated format (where data for different option fields are
 separated with ',' sign) and validation of the data will be added. This is
 deferred until Option definitions are created for all options we need for
 the basic server. Also proper factory functions will have to be used to
 create option instances.
