Comment:

 Before we close this ticket, we need to do two more minor things (both are
 minor and will take around 15 minutes total):

 1. DhcpPoolLeaseRequirements document contains some DDNS requirements that
 are duplicated and expanded in DhcpDdnsRequirements. I suggeste replacing
 the short list with "see DhcpDdnsRequirements".
 2. I'd like to change the requirement numbering slightly in
 DhcpDdnsRequirements. Instead of starting from 1 in every section, please
 use continuous numbering with D prefix, D1, D2 etc. It will be then
 unambiguous to refer to specific requirement.

 After those two are done, please close the ticket.
