 Ah, good. Well, not completely good, but it seems we have at least added a
 safe-catch that rejects the config if you don't specify any zones at all.
 Didn't the error message appear in bindctl?

 But to your question, it wasn't served from the cache/in-memory. The cache
 didn't get enabled.
