 The perfdhcp should be more robust when receiving packets from DHCP
 server. As indicated in the review of #1959
 ''the code should check if there is STATUS_CODE option in the message with
 non-zero status. Then it should check for non-zero STATUS_CODE opion in
 the IA_NA option. Finally it should check if there's IAADDR option in
 IA_NA.''

 This also applies to other received packets.
