Comment:

 I think this is done. I hope I didn't overlook anything. But one header is
 left
 there ‒ there are some exceptions left. The rest could be just removed
 without
 any changes anywhere. I did run all distchecks and lettuce tests and such,
 so
 it should be safe.

 I don't think this needs a changelog entry, there's no user-visible
 change.
