 Jeff,

 Is it possible to remove libb10- libraries from /usr/local/lib?
 That has bad effects on local test environment.  Unless the use of
 this path is critical I suggest using a slightly different path
 to install BIND 10 libraries, e.g. /usr/local/bind10/lib
