 I think it may be worth to refer to the DDNS code using lib name or
 process name. This was followed in the !ChangeLog in the past. In your
 case, you could replace DHCP_DDNS with b10-dhcp-ddns.

 If you do this change, I don't  need to see the !ChangeLog again. Please
 merge.
