 Kea6 assigned address: 2001:db8:1::
 which is of course malformed.

 Kea sends this address when configured with:
 subnet: 2001:db8:1::/64
 pool: 2001:db8:1::0-2001:db8:1::ff

 There should be some subnet/pool testing while configuration process
 (2001:db8:1::0 isn't proper host address)

 wireshark capture attached.
